Because of the overwhelming response to the launch of Phase
1, we quickly realized that 360 units would not meet the
demand in the region, so we have doubled the size, launching
Phase 2 with the same design and mixture, 9 5-Storey towers
with 360 apartments. Our commitment with PR1MA is to ensure
that all of those future residents who request homes shall
have them.
